Phil Brown, Managing Director
Phil has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management roles in the communications and technology sectors. He spent a number of years at Cable & Wireless where among other roles he set up and ran a ground-breaking new online business targeted at the SME market. Prior to joining Youmanage he ran a successful marketing consultancy, Primesense.
David Burtenshaw, Chairman
David Burtenshaw has held a range of senior/board positions, primarily in the parcels sector with Federal Express (where he became Managing Director of their home delivery business), ANC and Lynx Express. He became CEO of Lynx in 1999, a role he held until their acquisition by UPS in 2005. Since then David has taken the opportunity to develop a number of other business interests.
Ted Stanley, Non-Executive Director
Ted has a background in Retail, Logistics and Manufacturing, including senior positions in Powerhouse, Federal Express and Caterpillar Tractor. He is an operations specialist who has had direct management responsibility for HR at different levels within these people-based organisations. Having been involved in a number of M&A, Fundraising, Disposal and Business Restructuring projects he has always maintained an active interest in HR, IR and Employment Law issues.
Mandy Crawford, Business Development Manager
Mandy has extensive experience in sales, HR and line management roles, giving her a unique insight into how Youmanage can be used to solve client problems. Mandy was previously at C&W where she managed their largest UK customer and her career also includes a spell in sales at Motorola and 10 years as a practising HR professional.
Sean Keilty, General Manager, Youmanage Ukraine
Sean has been involved in building succesful software companies for over 15 years. He built a successful company in the UK providing software for GP surgeries before selling the company and starting operations in Russia and the Ukraine. Sean manages the Youmanage development team based in Kiev.
Sergey Balog, Technical Director
Sergey has over 10 years of experience in software development and IT management and during his career he has led many high value development projects, on time, on budget and to specification. Sergey has extensive experience of .NET developments and ensures that Youmanage's software is built to the latest industry standards.
Tina Squires, Client Services Manager
Tina is a Fellow of the CIPD and has extensive experience as an HR professional. Her background includes roles with Esso Petroleum, Vodafone, Thomson, Honda UK and a number of years as Head of HR at Virgin Cars. Tina and the rest of the Client Services team work with clients to ensure that they derive maximum value from the implementation of Youmanage solutions.
