About Youmanage
The concept for Youmanage was based on the belief that if organisations are to improve the focus, competence and productivity of their employees, while at the same time complying with relevant employment regulations and standards, then they need to provide better support to their front-line managers.The Youmanage service has been developed by a team of HR and management professionals who are passionate about changing the face of people management.
Youmanage is the first solution to bring together all of the tools, information and guidance that line managers and HR professionals need into a single, easy-to-use, web-based system. The Youmanage toolkit consists of a suite of modules that span the complete employee lifecycle.
A young, dynamic company, Youmanage was formed in 2004 and is now based in Slough. The company has a strong management team in place, with extensive experience in HR, management and online and a track record of building successful businesses. Youmanage closed its first external funding round in December 2007 and is enjoying rapid growth.
The Youmanage online HR toolkit was fully launched in 2007 and is now being used by organisations in a range of business sectors, from Care Homes and Security to Marketing Services. Youmanage also provides a full range of supporting services, including Management Training and HR Consultancy.
